Rule 11
Viewed from a judge's bench
The following cases will be heard by a bench of one judge of the court- (a) Cases initiated and disposed of by the High Court in accordance with the federal law, (b) The following applications where the petition has not been registered and a written response has not been ordered from the respondent:- (1) Petition for injunction, (2) ) Petition regarding detention, (3) Petition regarding injunction, (4) Petition regarding extradition, (5) Petition regarding prohibition and (6) Petition regarding jurisdiction. 7(c) Civil Procedure Act (Code), section 1157 of 2074, Civil Criminal Procedure Act (Code), section 73 and 79 of 2074 and petitions under section 15 of the Act, "1(c1) Issuance of arrest warrant in the name of the accused Application for permission, show. 7(d) Petition under section 65 of Civil Procedure Act (Code), 2074,
(e) Appeals against orders passed by the Registrar in connection with the proceedings of the case, but appeals against the orders passed by the Registrar relating to cases submitted to the Joint Bench shall be considered by the Joint Bench.
